What material are these made of?- Randans are handmade with glitter and resin. The glitter is encased in resin and will not flake or peel off. The ear wires are stainless steel. Most people with metal sensitivities can wear stainless steel. It’s what surgical instruments are made of. 

Are they heavy?- not at all! Most people collect Randans because they’re super lightweight and comfortable. 

What is your turnaround time? We have a lot of items in stock and ready to ship. If you request a custom color or large quantity, it is normally ready to ship within 2 weeks. If you have a specific need or time frame please message us prior to ordering to see if we can meet your need.

How do you ship?- we ship from south Florida. We typically ship via USPS. Anything less than a pound will ship via First Class, 1 pound and more will ship via Priority. Once items leave our facility, please contact USPS with any shipment issues or problems. Your tracking is sent via email when we package. We do not respond to “when will my items ship?” emails. Please check your email regularly and your junk or spam folder. 

Returns?- We do not accept returns.  If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of receiving and we will replace or credit you. Once the product is displayed or sold we can not be responsible for any damages. Please care for your earrings gently. We recommend bubble wrapping or boxing for shipping to your customer to prevent damage. 

-In person/market ordering. Please check your inbox for invoices as well as your spam and junk folder. Invoices will be cancelled after 2 weeks of non payment.

-All wholesale listings are sold in sets of 3. You may make only one color/style choice per listing. If you would like multiple colors, please purchase multiple listings. If you do not specify color/style/etc you will be sent mixed stock items/colors. Randans will not be held responsible for return shipping if you are unhappy with what you receive. Please make sure you notate all color/style choices for each listing you purchase. There is a note section at checkout.

-Our items are custom and made to order. The processing time is normally 2-3 weeks with custom items and shapes (ex: states) taking 4-6 weeks. This timeframe may increase during peak times.

-If you have a new design idea, we love creating new things! However, we do not offer design exclusivity. We also will not create any “inspired by” items or knowingly infringe on any trademark or copyright.

We plan to be open to all wholesale buyers for order writing and cash and carry during all major apparel and select gift markets but always encourage appointments for lives. If you’d like to shop via private shopping or FaceTime between markets, you can reach out to Kenzie with Synergy Marketplace at (469) 928-0730. She is on site and available by appointment Monday through Friday 10am-6pm.
